Capital readiness & business performance

Stop chasing funding.
Get chased.

A stronger pitch cannot replace a stronger business. Strengthen the commercial, operating and financial evidence behind a funding decision. Find the gaps. Build what is missing. Go into the conversation better prepared.

Two ways to commission the work

An established business.
Or a sponsored portfolio.

01

For your business

Prepare around a real capital requirement, available evidence and the chosen funding route. This is paid readiness support, not a funding application portal.

02

For a sponsor or funder

Commission a defined readiness or performance module for the businesses you support, before or after funding.

What we help build

A business case with substance.

01

Clarify the requirement

Understand the intended use of capital, the business context and the provider-specific requirements.

02

Review the evidence

Inspect the relevant commercial and financial information. Identify gaps, inconsistencies and assumptions.

03

Strengthen readiness

Commission the necessary financial visibility, operating or commercial improvements and organise supporting information.

04

Prepare the next conversation

Summarise the readiness work and outstanding matters. Approval, terms and eligibility remain the funder’s decision.

The six-signal review

A starting point.
Not a credit score.

Customer, brand, channels, people, systems and financial information help organise a business review. They are not a lender-approved model or a prediction of funding.

Explore the six signals
Before we start

Good questions. Straight answers.

Are you a funder or finance broker?
This website offers business improvement and readiness support. We do not offer loans, guarantee introductions or promise approval.
Will the six signals tell me whether I can get funded?
No. The self-review helps identify areas to examine. Funders have their own credit, financial, legal and product requirements.
Can we pay after funding is approved?
Fees and payment milestones are agreed before work. We do not assume an uncertain future funding outcome will pay for delivery.
Can you help after a funding rejection?
We can scope a review of the information available and the reasons supplied by the funder. A rejection does not automatically become reversible through advisory work.
Your next move

Build the evidence.
Then make the case.

Tell us the business context and the readiness problem. Please do not send financial statements or identity documents through the website.
