No. Procurement from a supplier and sponsorship of an eligible development intervention are distinct. Your verifier should confirm recognition under the applicable code and transaction circumstances.
Can we obtain references and supplier documents?
Request a procurement pack and describe the assignment. Relevant credentials and reference arrangements can be provided through the appropriate private channel.
Can we publish your client names or documents in our tender?
Use only the documentation and references supplied for that purpose, within the permissions and terms communicated with them.
