Enterprise & supplier development

A cheque is not
an outcome.

Build supplier capability. Track business progress. Give your programme team a clear view of what to change next.

For sponsors, funders & programme operators

Develop the businesses.
Not just the report.

We structure support around the needs of participating businesses, practical delivery and a consistent record of progress.

01

Know the starting point.

Assess the relevant commercial, financial, operating and capability gaps before choosing an intervention.

Explore baselines and M&E
02

Build what is missing.

Commission targeted work: customer acquisition, digital presence, financial visibility, practical AI and applied capability.

Design a sponsored cohort
03

Keep the programme accountable.

Connect intervention records, supporting evidence, progress reviews and decisions at business and portfolio level.

Review programme evidence
A modular appointment

Fit the work to your programme.

01

A defined delivery module

Add commercial or capability delivery to an existing programme. Keep the scope, beneficiary responsibilities and acceptance clear.

02

A sponsored cohort

Combine an agreed assessment, grouped learning and business-specific support. Set cohort size and intensity against the available budget.

03

A measurement and improvement partner

Define indicators, manage evidence collection, review progress and help your team decide where to adjust support.

Regulatory context ยท checked 10 September 2026

Prepare for scrutiny.
Do not rely on scare tactics.

The January 2026 proposed amendments place greater emphasis on needs analysis, outcomes and M&E reporting. We separate those draft provisions from applicable requirements and build an evidence process around your programme.

Before we start

Good questions. Straight answers.

Can you work inside our existing ESD programme?
Yes. An appointment can be limited to an agreed assessment, delivery module, cohort or measurement assignment. We do not need to replace your whole programme.
Who verifies the B-BBEE recognition?
Your appointed verification professional determines recognition under the applicable code. WithNova prepares delivery and measurement evidence; we do not claim to independently assure our own work or guarantee points.
Do you only train businesses?
No. Support can include practical implementation as well as learning. The intervention follows the identified need and agreed scope.
Do you work directly for enterprises as well?
Yes. A company can commission services for its own organisation. That is distinct from paying us to support eligible development beneficiaries; recognition is not automatically the same.
Your next move

Give the programme a clearer next move.

Bring the cohort, current reporting challenge or delivery gap. We will scope the appropriate starting point.
