Who handles your enquiry

Information and purpose
The form requests your name, organisation, email, optional phone number, topic, message and optional timing. These details are used to respond, assess the request and manage the resulting business conversation. Submission is not consent to unrelated marketing.
Preview and live delivery
An offline copy cannot submit to the company. It offers an explicitly labelled email-draft alternative. The local demonstration server saves synthetic test enquiries locally. A configured live deployment stores enquiries in its protected database and sends the enquiry to the designated team through its configured delivery service.
Access and service providers
Access is limited to personnel and service providers needed to handle the enquiry, subject to the deployment’s access controls and agreements. The actual hosting, email, CRM and booking configuration must be reviewed before publication. Do not include sensitive beneficiary, identity or financial documents in this form.
Retention and rights
Enquiries should be retained only for the period justified by their purpose and applicable obligations. Contact the company to ask about access, correction, deletion or an objection to processing, subject to applicable law. Retention periods and the responsible person must be confirmed for the production deployment; this build does not invent a blanket statutory period.
Tracking and external links
This build contains no third-party advertising pixels and does not set analytics cookies. Interface choices and self-check answers are not saved as personal records. External booking or third-party websites have their own practices. Any future analytics or advertising configuration needs its own privacy and consent review.
