Build the programme in order

Assess. Group. Deliver. Review.

01

Assess and segment

Understand business needs and eligibility requirements. Group similar needs without pretending every beneficiary is identical.

02

Agree a delivery plan

Define the cohort size, group sessions, business-specific work, reporting obligations and participation expectations.

03

Apply the learning

Connect training to a real task or improvement. Include implementation support where it is commissioned.

04

Review progress

Keep attendance, output acceptance and outcome evidence distinct. Report gaps and next actions as well as achievements.

Before we start

Good questions. Straight answers.

Who pays for the support?
The corporate, funder or programme sponsor commissions and pays for the agreed cohort. Beneficiary contributions, where any, are specified in the programme terms.
Can a cohort use only one theme?
Yes. It can focus on customer acquisition, AI capability, financial visibility or another supported intervention. The programme does not need every service.
Do you promise funding or procurement contracts for participants?
No. We can help participants improve relevant readiness and capability. Funding and procurement decisions remain with the relevant institutions.
